The e-Finance Exchange marks a visionary two-level microloan program designed to first provide basic services to small start-up companies. Then TOG’s vision is to augment it with a secondary program to eventually identify and assist those companies ready to move to the next level. Heretofore a missing link, important second-level assistance can help build from these beginners qualified small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) who later may find it easier to access capital and traditional loans (third level) for continued growth.
